I partner with founders and funds to de-risk technology decisions, build lean high-performing teams, and accelerate product delivery. As a full stack engineer, with extensive experience as CTO / Head of Engineering, I have led both zero-to-one product builds and scaled high-growth systems, predominantly across FinTech and B2B SaaS with data intensive architectures.

My work spans board-level strategy to hands-on implementation, including tech organisation design, cost modeling, provider due diligence, data and agentic AI frameworks, and end-to-end system architecture, delivered with the speed and pragmatism of an operator.
